In this course you will learn how to use Google drive to manage online documents and collaborate with others better.

Important shortcuts in using Gmail and Calendar are also covered in the training.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Create, edit, format and share files (documents, spreadsheets and presentations).
  • Add comments to files.
  • Check previous versions of files and track changes and revisions.
  • View changes from other authors.
  • Create folders to store files better.
  • Convert/download files to different types (MS Word, Excel, PDF, etc).
  • View and change Gmail settings.
  • Use shortcuts to send, receive, reply to and forward email.
  • Use shortcuts to manage and organise email.
  • Use shortcuts to manage and organise the calendar.
  • Schedule appointments and to-dos.
  • Invite people to meetings.
  • Work with contacts.
  • Synchronise with portable devices.

  • Change displays and freeze parts of spreadsheets.
  • Analyse raw data and produce analysis reports.
  • Use filters to show the data you want.
  • Use Data Validation and Conditional Formatting to make spreadsheets user-fiendly.
