- Create an electronic PDF form from scratch.
- Add and format form fields – text fields, check boxes, drop downs and more.
- Add function buttons to save, print and submit completed forms.
- Use shortcuts to create and format similar fields.
- Validate data entered by users using built-in methods and ‘code’.
- Extract completed data from multiple forms automatically into a spreadsheet.
- Solve your particular issues with your forms.

- Review the important basics and shortcuts for creating PDF forms.
- Add fields to insert photos and attach files to forms.
- Set up fields to auto-populate other fields.
- Use simple calculations to multiply, add data.
- Use code to, for example, copy location address to postal address, send copy of form to someone etc.
- Understand differences and apply ELECTRONIC signatures and DIGITAL signatures.
- Control whether all field data is locked and made read-only when form is submitted.
- Create customised submit form / email form button for total control.
- Solve your particular issues with your forms.

- Set up the master page for margins, grids/guides, etc.
- Place, position and manipulate text files.
- Create and format text columns as in a newsletter easily.
- Use styles to apply text formatting globally – font, paragraph, borders, pagination, etc.
- Place, position and format graphics on the page (irregular-shaped images, etc).
- Use shortcuts to size and scale images.
- Apply special design effects to images.
- Apply text wrapping of different types around images.
- Format ‘master pages’ with headers/footers and other repeating elements.
- Export your publication to PDF for use online or with commercial printers.

This is a 3-hour live, online session and participants will learn how to:
- Enhance greyscale images and colour images.
- Convert image types (colour to greyscale, etc).
- Convert file types (TIF to JPG, PCX to GIF, etc).
- Apply localised enhancement effects (dodge, burn, remove red eye etc).
- Use clean-up techniques (cloning, erase-to-last-saved).
- Add and work with text elements.
- Work with different selection techniques.
- Apply special effects to whole or parts of Images.
- Montage and combine images.
- Work with layers and masks.
- Prepare images for commercial printing and exporting to the Internet.
