This is a 1-day, face-to-face, hands-on course and participants will learn how to:
- Set up Outlook to make it look and work better.
- Create and use ‘mini-templates’ (Quick Parts) to create emails quickly.
- Create and use full Outlook templates with saved attachments, subject, etc.
- Use tracking features to find replied-to and forwarded emails quickly.
- Use flags to better prioritise email.
- Use Search Folders to quickly view required emails.
- Set up better subfolder systems.
- Use Quick Steps and Rules to manage emails automatically.
- Navigate the calendar with great shortcuts.
- Use shortcuts to create and copy calendar entries.
- Automatically colour-code appointments and meetings.
- Make better use of tasks and to-dos.
- Integrate Outlook data to set up your own personal organising and management system.

- Prevent emails that could contain viruses from being opened accidentally.
- Create and use ‘mini-templates’ (Quick Parts) to create emails quickly.
- Create and use full Outlook templates with saved attachments, subject, etc.
- Use flags to better prioritise email.
- Set up better subfolder systems.
- Use Quick Steps and Rules to manage emails automatically.
- Block emails and permanently delete emails that are potential cyber threats.
- Navigate the calendar with great shortcuts.
- Automatically colour-code appointments and meetings.
- Make better use of tasks and to-dos.
- Set up Outlook to create your own personal organising and management system.
