This is a 2-hour live, online session. Participants will learn the following:
- Overview of ‘AI’ – terminology, advantages, disadvantages, limitations, copyright, ethical and security concerns, etc.
- Differences between ChatGPT and MS Copilot.
- Overview of skills needed to use AI tools effectively – ‘Prompt Engineering’, etc
- Hands-on exercises with ChatGPT – text responses, working with images, etc.
- Hands-on exercises with MS Copilot – text responses, working with images, etc.
- Saving, copying, and using responses for your work, learning, etc.
- Hands-on exercises with ‘low-level’ AI in Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, etc.
- Hands-on exercises with tools for validating/detecting content generated by AI.
- Your specific questions answered.
The course content/outcomes can be customised/tailor-made to your requirements.
Previous Experience Recommended
No experience in using AI tools is required nor assumed. Participants are expected to have some knowledge of and experience with a Windows PC.

What You Require For Online Session
