This is a 3-hour live, online session. Participants will learn the following:

• Overview of ‘AI’ – terminology, advantages, disadvantages, limitations, copyright, ethical and security concerns, etc.
• Differences between ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Overview of skills needed to use AI tools effectively – ‘Prompt Engineering’, ‘Reverse Prompting’, etc
• Hands-on exercises with Copilot stand-alone app – text responses, create and edit images and infographics, etc.
• Practical applications – generating business plans, training programs, job descriptions, creating effective marketing emails and social media posts, making ‘explainer’ videos, and many more.
• Saving, copying, and using responses for your work, learning, etc.
• Hands-on exercises with setting up Copilot Premium Licence for MS 365 (Excel, Word, etc), etc.
• Use Copilot Premium to analyse and edit Excel data without ‘knowing’ the functions., etc.
• Use Copilot Premium to clean and report Excel data without ‘knowing’ the functions., etc.
• Use Copilot Premium to solve other issues with spreadsheets – create formulas without writing them, create macro code automatically), etc.
• Use Copilot Premium to create, edit and format Word documents for reports, SOPs, etc.
• Use Copilot Premium to create and edit PowerPoint slide-shows to create eye-catching presentations quickly, etc.
• Use Copilot Premium to create and manage emails, appointments, etc.
• Hands-on exercises with tools for validating/detecting content generated by AI.
• Introduction to using AI tools for creating and running business processes, integrations, workflows, etc.
• Your specific questions answered.

Previous Experience Recommended

No experience in using AI tools is required nor assumed. Participants are expected to have some knowledge of and experience with a Windows PC.

What You Require For Online Session
